Ceri is an Emmy-winning producer who joined Box To Box in 2022 as Showrunner on Drive to Survive. Since then, she has Executive Produced two seasons of Tour de France: Unchained, Six Nations: Full Contact S1, Sprint S2, and Drive to Survive S8, while also working across a range of projects in development.
Nick Stevens
// Junior Finance Manager, UK
Nick joined the team in 2025 after working as a Management Accountant for a luxury watch brand. A film graduate, he has always felt an affinity with the TV and film industry.
Currently an ACCA finalist, Nick is on track to qualify by the end of next year – pending approval from his two young daughters, who keep him busier than any audit ever could.

Sandra is a digital strategist with over a decade of experience in media and entertainment. At Box To Box Films, she drives content and platform strategy across global releases. Previously at VICE Media, she grew audiences to more than 100M monthly views, leading digital expansion and monetisation across streamers, YouTube and social platforms.
Matt Zeeb-Jarvis

Matt joined Box to Box in 2025 to work across the expanding Sport and Factual slate. He previously held senior development roles at Jamie Oliver Productions, Big Circus Media and Twofour, where he played a key role in securing high-profile factual and fact-ent series for major networks and streamers including the BBC, NBC, ITV and Apple TV+.
Matt Tinsley

Matt Tinsley is a Post Production Supervisor who has worked at Box to Box for nearly five years. He has worked on Drive to Survive, Make or Break, 6 Nations and helped set up post on Tour de France. Loves tea and Guinness, but not at the same time.
James Gay-Rees

James Gay-Rees is the Academy Award-winning producer behind some of the most critically acclaimed feature documentaries and unscripted series of the last decade, including Academy Award-nominated EXIT THROUGH THE GIFT SHOP, double BAFTA-winning SENNA, and Academy Award and BAFTA-winning AMY.
In 2016, the Producers Guild of America awarded James the title of Outstanding Producer of the Year.
He Executive Produces the Netflix global hit FORMULA 1: DRIVE TO SURVIVE, together with international successes BREAK POINT, FULL SWING, and others. Most recently, James Executive Produced BREAKING4: FAITH KIPYEGON VS. THE 4-MINUTE MILE, MATCHROOM: THE GREATEST SHOWMEN, and several other major global releases.
Charlie Calder

Charlie is responsible for processing payroll and AP for the US company and all of the US shows.
Natalie Silver

After graduating from UC Berkeley and starting her career at Creative Artists Agency in non-fiction television, Natalie joined Box to Box as Executive Assistant to Co-Founder Paul Martin. In addition to her role, she collaborated with the development team, contributing to research and creating pitch materials for projects such as The Offseason (X) and Face Off (Amazon). Now serving as an Associate Producer, Natalie works across both development and current productions in the Los Angeles office. She is Box to Box’s first U.S. hire and has been with the team since the opening of the LA office in January, 2023.

Emmy and BAFTA-nominated executive producer at Box To Box Films, Tom has delivered premium unscripted series for Netflix, ESPN and more. His credits include Drive to Survive, Catching Killers and 30 for 30. Formerly at Pulse Films and Raw, he brings sharp editorial insight, creative vision and deep leadership experience to every production.
Paul Martin

Paul is a BAFTA-nominated producer specialising in high-end documentaries and premium unscripted series. He is currently Executive Producer of the Netflix global hit FORMULA 1: DRIVE TO SURVIVE. He was also Executive Producer of the acclaimed MARADONA for HBO MAKE OR BREAK, a behind-the-scenes documentary series following the World Surf League, for Apple. Paul has also worked with Amazon, HBO and ESPN to create innovative and engaging content across multiple formats.
Rafael Bettega

Rafael is our in-house tech person, specialist in Avid workflows, archive footage, hardware, data management, infrastructure and other technical issues. He works across all our projects, overseeing pre-production to post production ensuring all teams follow the best practices throughout the process. Rafael is instrumental in supervising complex edits and facilitating successful turnover to our post-production facility. He also plays a vital role in the ongoing technical development of our in-house edit facilities and post-production, supporting our production teams from rushes and DIT until deliveries, in different capacities. Rafael holds a BA (Hons) in Editing and Post Production from Ravensbourne University and has been part of the core team since 2013.

Tia Watson

Tia is in her first role within post-production and has quickly become an integral part of the team. Based in our Hoxton facilities, she supports productions with essential paperwork and kit, while also assisting our Technical Editor and Media Manager with drive management and footage ingest. Energetic, detail-oriented and always hands-on, Tia is building a strong foundation in the post world.
Vicky Boyens

Vicky joined Box To Box in 2022 as a Post Production Supervisor, bringing with her a wealth of industry experience across a variety of post-production roles. She serves as Post Supervisor on the award-winning Formula 1: Drive To Survive series and works as a Post Production Executive across multiple Box To Box productions. In addition to her production work, Vicky also oversees the day-to-day management of our Hoxton edit facility.
Jason Cooper

Jason Cooper is an accomplished production executive with over 25 years’ experience in scripted and unscripted television. Prior to being hired by Box to Box Films in October 23′, Jason was the Head of Production for Amazon Original Prime Sports and a Sr Production Executive for Amazon Studios US and Canada Unscripted Team. Jason has worked most of his career in unscripted and has delivered to almost every linear broadcaster and digital streamer. Jason has worked in every genre of unscripted television including; follow-docs, documentary, house reality, game shows, live and live-to-tape, stage shows, true crime and sports.
He truly enjoys what he does and is always excited about new technology and staying up to speed. Before getting into unscripted TV Jason worked on some of the biggest television shows in the US; ER, Ally McBeal, West Wing, X-Files to name a few. In his spare time Jason loves to spend time with his wife and two daughters, is an avid skier and true soccer dad. His favorite night out includes taking his wife and daughters to watch Angel City (NWSL) take the pitch.
Linsay Bouma

Since graduating from UCLA, Linsay has worked globally as a freelancer in various production roles across feature films, commercials, and television. Recently she has discovered an interest in unscripted docuseries while working with companies like Boardwalk Pictures, Fly on the Wall Entertainment, Pilgrim Media Group, and now Box to Box Films. Linsay is the current Development and Office Production Manager at BTB’s LA office.
Emma Wonsowicz

Emma joined Box To Box in March 2024 as Executive Assistant to Paul Martin, Co-Founder, and Lia Carney, SVP of Production and Operations. A graduate of the creative producing program at Chapman University’s Dodge College of Film and Media Arts, Emma began her career as an assistant in the non-fiction department of Creative Artists Agency. During her time at CAA, she gained exposure to the industry’s top execs and insight into packaging and pitching unscripted projects. At Box To Box, she oversees Paul’s and Lia’s schedules and helps them optimize their daily workflow while managing numerous current and upcoming productions. In addition to her EA responsibilities, Emma works in tandem with the development team to research new ideas, facilitate pitches, draft decks, and build out BTB’s dynamic slate. She is based in Los Angeles.

As Head of Sport and Factual at Box To Box Films, Warren oversees and delivers the company’s slate of premium documentary series, including Matchroom: The Greatest Showmen, Full Swing, Tour de France: Unchained, Six Nations: Full Contact, Break Point and Drive to Survive for Netflix, as well as Make or Break for Apple TV+. In addition to Executive Producing these titles, Warren also served as Showrunner on Season 1 of both Full Swing and Make or Break.

Darren Lovell

Darren has over 15 years’ experience in the television industry working on both documentaries and big factual entertainment series across all Editorial roles. He has been at the company since 2021 and as Executive Producer is responsible for developing, producing and delivering high end sports series. Projects have included MAKE OR BREAK for Apple TV+, BREAK POINT for Netflix and more recently our series showcasing the ISLE OF MAN TT as well as a number of projects currently in development and production.
Jade Lyons

With a background in investigative journalism, Jade has a hunger for bringing stories to screen that haven’t been heard before. Having previously worked in the development team at Lightbox, followed by October Films, Jade has worked across commissioned projects for Apple, Nat Geo, Netflix, Disney+ and HBO, and played a crucial role on the BAFTA-winning BBC series Uprising. Jade is often drawn to complex, nuanced stories that have an urgency to be told and will spark meaningful conversations.

Throughout her career, she has produced shows like Top Chef, Nailed It, The Stylish with Jenna Lyons, Cold Justice, Sugar Rush, and The Real CSI Miami.

Alexandra started with us in February 2023, who had come from Picture Shop (was The Farm) and has hit the ground running. She has 15 years experience of being a PA/EA in the world of Post Production and has now flipped sides and is working in the fast pace of Production.

Conor Gilmartin

Mandy worked as Head of Finance for several high profile TV and Film companies in the UK before moving to Los Angeles. She overseas the day to day finances for the LA office as well as the Production Accounting on all of the US shows
Milly Beddard

Milly is an Emmy award-winning Director of Production who joined Box to Box in 2014 in its infancy and has helped it grow to the multi million pound company it is today. Originally as Head of Production she has been responsible for overseeing all projects, the day to day running of the company, recruitment, project planning, budgeting and delivering alongside the negotiations, development and maintenance of relationships with the major US broadcasters.
Starting out in independent British cinema, Milly cut her teeth in film production, delivering international projects to broadcasters and studios including the BBC, Sky, Universal Studios and Lionsgate.
Riley Dunmore

Seb Castle

Seb has worked in factual development for a decade, with a recent focus on premium, character-driven documentaries. On the Development team at Lightbox, and previously at Plum Pictures, he worked across an access-led Serena Williams series for Amazon, a mountaineering feature film for Red Bull, and a true-crime limited series for Apple. He thrives on crafting gripping stories full of twists and turns — the more surprising or innovative the subject or subgenre, the better.
Renee Browning

After 30 years in film and TV in Australia and the UK, mostly sports (including two Olympics), working in production and broadcast venue management, Renée has moved into HR and people practices at Box to Box Films, with a particular interest in all things wellbeing. Her production journey took her to a wide variety of genres such as Entertainment, Children’s and News, but has come back full circle to work in sports and non-scripted once again. Renée is extremely proud to be working with the amazing staff and crew at Box to Box Films.
Paul Burdin

Before joining Box to Box, Paul held CFO and COO roles at Platform Media, Somethin’ Else and Pulse Films, and co-founded the e-commerce company Touchnote. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloittes in 2003, having also played rugby for Wasps and Bordeaux-Bègles.

Previously, he held the same role at Shine Television, where he spearheaded high-impact factual entertainment and adventure formats on a global scale.
Ria Florence

Ria has been with Box To Box Films since 2022. She is EA to Tom Rogers, Director of Post Production, managing his diary and expenses, and also serves as Post Facilities Manager at the Hoxton post facility. In this role, she works closely with the runner team and Post Executives to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, from overseeing housekeeping to providing frontline support for Hoxton office queries.
Steph Caine

Steph began her TV career at Left Bank Pictures, where she spent five formative years and qualified during her time there. She then joined Story Films in the All3Media group as Financial Controller, leading the finance function. In 2024, Steph moved to Box to Box, where she continues to thrive as part of the busy finance team.

She has extensive knowledge and experience of production and line management having worked across various documentary and factual entertainment programmes for multiple production companies including Tin Roof Media, The Garden, Mentorn, Illuminations and RDF. Past credits include 24 HOURS IN A&E, THE CHICKEN SHOP, and the BAFTA-winning FAKING IT series.

Megan Cronin

Megan joined in 2023 from her role as Education Coordinator at the BFI, following a decade in theatre that included time as EA & Participation Coordinator at English Touring Theatre.
As a Freelance Documentary-Theatre Director & Writer, her work has been staged at The Young Vic, Tate Modern, The Albany, The Kings Head and The Pleasance. Twice nominated for the Beam New Writing Award, she was Young Vic’s Writer in Residence for Climate Lab in 2019.
Lia Carney

Lia Carney is a seasoned production executive with nearly two decades of experience in various areas of the entertainment industry and currently serving as SVP, Production and Operations at Box to Box Films US. Prior to BTB Lia was partner in scripted and unscripted production company, Topspin Content and Senior Vice President of Production and Operations at Discovery Studios, where Lia played a pivotal role in strategic business planning, studio operations, and production management. Earlier in her career, Lia Carney contributed as a producer for networks such as History Channel, Travel Channel, TNT, CNN, TLC, the Discovery Channel, and PBS.
